He only spent 1 term there.He then left to Paris to work with Tomas Edison a the Continental Edison Company, but the two didn't get along well. Nikola Teslas' greatest discovery was Ac and Dc.He devised a electrical distribution system that employed alternative current AKA AC.The W.E.C (Westinghouse Electric Company) were the first to gained this by the World Columbian Exposition.Ac was proved to be more efficent than Direct Currents were (Dc).Even though he created Ac he also helped design the turbine and the Generator
Marie Curie (1867-1934) (aged 67) Marie Curie was born in Warsaw, November,1867.She was the daughter of a Secondary-School Teacher and the youngest in her family.Her mother and sister passed away she was very young.She was educated by some local schools and was taught mathematics and physics by her father and she had a passion for those subjets. When Marie was 24 she decided to move to Paris to recieve higher education at the Sorbonne and then recieved theLicenciateships in Physics and the Mathematical Sciences.Later in 1894 she met Pierre Curie, an instructor at the School of Physics and Chemistry.Their love of the study magnetism brought them together and got married.Her acomplishments were the founding of Radium. She had won 2 Nobel prizes.She and her husband had gained a laborartory. She died in 1934
Albert Einstien (1879-1955) (aged 76)was born on 1879 in Ulm, Germany. He spent his teenage years with his family in Munich.Einstien was creative and innovative so he would often loaf around in school for being boring. In 1884 Einstien left school and his family left Germany and moved to Milan. He then studied at his secondary in Switzerland and joined the Swiss National Polytechnic in Zurich. He didn't like the teaching method and skipped classes to study physics or learn to play the violin. But with the help of classmates he passed his exam and graduated, even though he wasn't a great student. Albert Einstiens greatest discovery is the special theory of relativity.It was based on dynamics of bodies in motion.The theme of it was nature of radiation and matter.
